They left my fence gate unlatched and my dogs could have easily gotten out. When I called to complain they refused to let me talk to a local manager and insisted that I could speak only with their call center. I've used Ned's for a while now and was reasonably happy. They did a good job getting my gutters clean. The problem I had with a company is they arrived without notifying me and then blocked my cars by parking in my driveway. When I asked them to move to get out of the way, they told me my cars would not get anything on them and convinced me, they did not need to move their truck. Long story short, I had to take both cars to a car wash, and one of them still has issues with spots on the windows/paint from whatever they dumped on my car. Great experience with Ned’s. We inquired about services for deck pressure washing and window cleaning and received a quick response and fair quote. The team came the next morning (two weeks ahead of when they said they were available) and did an excellent job. We will use them again and recommend to others
They came and cleaned the gutters. However, they damaged my roof during this process. I contacted the CS on 12/3/23 and submitted a claim as they requested. Still NO response.
