I don’t enjoy having to leave this negative review. I was a customer for over six years with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning; they would come out several times a year under contract to clean my gutters due to heavy foliage fall. Unfortunately, the last two years have been a decline in service. I strongly advise not allowing Ned Steven gutter cleaning to save your credit card information. Without my permission and without notifying me, they came to my property, cleaned the gutters, and charged my credit card even though I never authorized the service. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. A company should always confirm service and obtain customer approval before doing any work—especially when charging a saved card. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

I had a bad experience last time Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning came by and left a low review. Kristy reached out and tried to solve the issue in return for removing the review. Today i got a notification they would come by again, I called the number that was shared to their texts and the representative would not accept that i wanted to cancel their service. I had to tell him 5 times: "I want to cancel". Bad company as you can see on yelp.

The gutter services I got from them in the past were fine, but they told me I needed new gutters, I told them I wasn't interested right now, but they WILL NOT stop calling me multiple times a week to sell me gutters even after I've told them to stop and blocked multiple numbers from them. I stopped using their services because of this but they WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE! DON'T give them your phone number!!! Anyway. I'll keep blocking their numbers until maybe I finally block them all...

They did a good job getting my gutters clean. The problem I had with a company is they arrived without notifying me and then blocked my cars by parking in my driveway. When I asked them to move to get out of the way, they told me my cars would not get anything on them and convinced me, they did not need to move their truck. Long story short, I had to take both cars to a car wash, and one of them still has issues with spots on the windows/paint from whatever they dumped on my car.
