I don’t enjoy having to leave this negative review. I was a customer for over six years with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning; they would come out several times a year under contract to clean my gutters due to heavy foliage fall. Unfortunately, the last two years have been a decline in service. I found torn shingles on the ground after one service and often had big piles of leaves come out of my down spout despite the regular cleaning and gutter guards. The gutter services I got from them in the past were fine, but they told me I needed new gutters, I told them I wasn't interested right now, but they WILL NOT stop calling me multiple times a week to sell me gutters even after I've told them to stop and blocked multiple numbers from them. I stopped using their services because of this but they WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE! DON'T give them your phone number!!! Anyway. I'll keep blocking their numbers until maybe I finally block them all...

The team did an outstanding job! They made my siding, walkway, and old decks look brand new. I was truly amazed of the transformation of our dirty decks into decks that looked brand new. I wish I had photos to post of before and after their work. Highly recommend.

Too focused on making sales, locking you into contracts, instead of customer service. Initial call was mostly a sales pitch. Three weeks go by, no initial service, so I reached out via email. No response, so I called to cancel the initial service. To his credit, Carlos the rep did offer to schedule service in a few days and offer a small discount, but I wanted to cancel and wasn’t interested in a fix. Roof shingle cleaning, expertly done. (But still over spray damaged one plant (so far), and may have left bleach like spots on gray dry concrete ornamental steps. NOT FOR Publication. Must be more thoroughly rinsed.)
