I used their service a couple of times and it was good (hence the 2 stars). But let me tell you something, when they have your number/address, they will HARASS you for years! They call from an unknown number (not allowing you to block) and consistently leave messages about services you don't want. Fix that...
They never leave people alone after just one service trying to book more gutter cleanings. Extremely aggressive sales tactics using no caller ID numbers after blocking their numbers. It’s been years since I had just one cleaning and they don’t stop calling.

We hired Ned’s Home Gutter Cleaning Service for our two-story home as first-time customers, attracted by their competitive quote. During the cleaning, they identified a necessary repair. Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning provided absolutely unacceptable gutter cleaning services. A crew spent about 30 minutes servicing 3000 sq feet property. While they cleaned some build up of immediately in the area of downspouts, the crew completely ignored the buildup along the perimeter of all gutters. The quality and diligence of Ned’s services does not match those of others. And this is especially unfair, because the prices Ned charges are nearly 50% higher than its competitor.
