We have been Needham Oil and Air customers Dorn years. Theyre always friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Today was a great example. I called around 7:30 am to say that my furnace wasnt working. By 9, Jim was at my door with his usual, cheerful demeanor. He spotted the problem, made the repairs and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. A total professional! AND, the otherwise onerous costs were completely covered by our service contract. That contract is the best $300 we will spend this year!
