We used Neelam Shrestha for the sale of our home November 2014. From the start, she was a huge help. She helped us decide what needed to be done to present the house for sale while minimizing the costs of those renovating and fixes. She helped us price the house correctly. She advertised the house well. She was timely and efficient in her dealings with offers through the closing process. We also bought nice home thru Neelam. We just sold our house. I think this was one of the most complicated and challenging home-sale transaction to deal with. But Neelam didi really really did superb job by handling it smoothly and professionally. She went above and beyond to bring all parties to the closing table. Her multi-language skill also helped us to connect more closely which was important to understand and get to the bottom of any issues. I am impressed with her high level of professionalism and work ethics. She is fantastic !!
