doctor seem rushed. I’m still dealing with the pain. Didn’t give me a lot information for me to seek further treatment with a specialist. Now I have to look for my own solution.
I was referred to Tammareddi for a routine sinus surgery. Post surgery I was faced with two major complications. First, she broke through the sinus cavity into my right eye socket causing severe bruising. This was the least of my post surgery problems. Secondly, she ruptured the dura (the sack that surrounds the brain). I literally had spinal fluid draining into my sinuses and out of my nose. I did not know what was happening at the time. A delightful visit for an ear ache and the last one I have with much hearing!
I waited an hour in the patient room before being seen. Once the doctor came in she examined me for about 2 minutes. Dr. Tammareddi was very kind and knowledgeable. Her staff said they would send my prescription to my pharmacy and a whole day later I have yet to receive it. Overall not an extremely positive experience due to lack of punctuality and follow through.
I have contacted Dr. Neelimas nurse a total of 4 times in 2 years and I have NEVER got a phone call back. This morning office doesn’t care about the patient, they care about how their getting paid! I can’t believe just how bad it is here.
I have not met Dr. Tammareddi yet, however her staff could not be more rude just getting an appointment has set a really negative tone I dread the appointment and feel it is totally money driven
She is very nice and professional, but her staff is very rude, we have to wait for more then 2 hours and 30 minutes to see her when we have arrived on time for the appointment
I was referred to this doctor by my insurance and I was not informed on my condition. The only thing I received was ointment in both of my ears and sent on my way. I have not received my prescription. The doctor did not help me at all.
I hate this company . They r very rude n very unprofessional . They don’t know how to handle the reason of why the person is up set . The management team is rude n very unprofessional as well I would never tell anyone about this company to go to r anything bad doctor very bad.
