When I came in they called me back asap about 10 min nurse was super quick & she was so lovely… paperwork was at a minimal. Once taken back doctor was quick and super sweet. Did an ex-ray the lady was quick and super nice. Overall everyone was amazing even the lady in the front desk. Great service will recommend to anyone!

I recently visited the Neighbors Emergency Center, and I was impressed by the level of service and professionalism I received from the receptionist Melinna. Right from the beginning, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, guiding me through the registration process with efficiency and clarity. They were also attentive to my needs and questions, quickly addressing any concerns or issues.

I've been once before and the receptionist was outstanding when I went back on 4/22/23 The reception is there was rude but the nurse and the doctors that work in the back are exceptional and amazing!!!! A bad apple can ruin it My My blood pressure was elevated and I didn't feel good and I really wasn't in the mood and that reception is just didn't make things any better but overall the nurses and the doctors that work in the back this is my second visit there and they have been amazing to me

This is the best emergency center I’ve been too. The staff was great especially the beautiful woman up front, she was so nice and took care of my ridiculous questions. Will be recommending this center to everyone and anyone that has an emergency. Keep it up!

Everyone was so nice. Dr. A two was informative a professional. Tiffany , nurse was kind and helpful. Gabby the radiology tech was helpful making sure I was comfortable with the ct scan. Tammy and Niki were also very kind. Everyone made me feel comfortable and my care was exceptional. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant.
