Came in with my husband to get him checked out after an accident. The ER is clean and waiting times are normal. They saw him within the hour. The admission rep April was nice and helped us get the right forms filled out. Radiology tech and ER tech were so kind and helpful.

I will recommend Neighbors ER in Crosby, Tx All day, everyday, to anyone who will take my advice. We were treated like VIP patients. Our admitting nurse, Brittney E., RN, was compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. The radiology tech, the oncoming nurse and the doctor were all just fantastic!! We were in and out, without feeling rushed, before we would have even been seen at a Hospital ER, with my husband feeling better. I couldn't be more grateful for their remarkable service and treatment.

Great service during night shift. We had a challenging situation with my son and the nurses and doctor took great care of him. They were all so sweet while my son was getting stitched up. I already had the mind set that we were going to be transferred and it was going to be a long night but they were able to take care of us right then and there. I can’t thank the team enough ❤️

Kelly and Glenn were awesome to talk to. I came in for an ear infection and they treated me fast AND very well. One of the best experiences I've had EVER.

Walked in to Neighbors ER in Crosby and was well taken care of by the receptionist April! She saw to us very quickly! We had no issues and she gave us snacks! Definitely recommend this ER!
