I’m from out of state. I fell while visiting my son and his family. The staff was so great to me when I came in for medical treatment. I was there Monday February 9th I want to mention that day because I don’t remember all the staff that helped me that day. Everyone was friendly and so kind from the receptionist that helped me get my insurance straightened out since I was out of state. The doctor, the nurse and Dana. I was feeling horrible and I do not enjoy going to the ER, this location has the best staff and explained everything. When you are feeling bad, it's important to have a nurse and doctors that make you feel better. Thank you Dwayne for outstanding client interaction today and your patience. I will recommend to anyone if you' want the best staff and hate the long wait stop by this location.... Great staff

Neighbors Pearland is the most impeccable emergency center I’ve ever experienced. This center will be my go-to for emergency healthcare with or without insurance coverage. The staff is phenomenal and exemplifies remarkable teamwork. I had a terrible fall on my knee and entered the facility limping. I checked in with Mr. Raul Campos, who quickly expedited my registration. Seriously, as soon as I completed my paperwork and hopped to a chair to relax, Ms. Courtney B came out with a wheelchair! Not only was there no long wait time, I was treated by the best team around!! KB-Nurse, Steph-Radiology tech, and Dr. Rapp took the time, and treated me like I was the only patient. They were very attentive and listened. They were very compassionate and great bedside manner. If you have and medical issue that needs attention, this is the place to go!! Great job Neighbors Emergency!!

My son needed a quick examination for a stomach issue. Staff was extremely child friendly and patient with my active little one. I appreciated the quick appointment, assessment and discharge. The lack of a crowded waiting room definitely eased my tension during these COVID heavy times. Thank you!

Made an appointment for rapid Covid-19 testing, seen same day, no waiting , very competent nursing staff , tested in car, results in 15 minutes(fortunately negative)The test was very quick and almost painless.They also did the PCR and antibody tests to increase accuracy.I would refer anyone there

I went there last night and on the 25th Of this month As far as the staff were concerned, they were very pleasant and professional.. My medical test came back with nothing outstanding. The doctor stated that my chest' back and clavicle pain could be released through a breast reduction on the 25th the doctor gave me the number to a doctor that performed such surgeries on my exit paperwork. The other docor yesterday prescribed medicine for the pain until my appointment. The next morning I realized that my documentation' did n... read more

Horrible experience! The front desk lady was so rude ! And so inconsiderate. I went with my husband because he was having chest pain and arm was hurting (scary). The form desk lady asked if we had a mask we said no. Gave one to my husband and I asked if she can provide me one told me no and then nurse came to get my husband told me she’ll be back to get me and front desk lady told her “no she can’t go remember she didn’t bring a mask” I kindly ask if she could please give me one and she said no again. I’m here on 12/19/21 @ 4:08pm and there’s an African American woman that works in the front and she has a horrible attitude and shouldn’t be working in health care especially for the amount of money that they charge your insurance! She’s horrible and mean!! I WONT BE BACK IF SHES STILL WORKING HERE! If you ask her a question she frowns up at you and just no help at all! If someone is already sick then the last thing they need is an attitude from the FRONT DESK WORKER
