I have gone to Neighbors ER since they first opened. I have always referred people to them and I have always considered them my first choice in the area. That has changed. The staff are no longer friendly and helpful. They were extremely rude. The doctor we met with last night was highly incompetent (Dr. King). My child was very sick. They didn't listen to me at all. They spent three minutes with my child and spent 45 minutes preparing our paperwork to leave. Highly incompetent. No other patients were there. I spent ... read more

A man came in with seizures and was going to be turned away because they had no insurance. Or they could pay the money up front. Didn’t these people take an oath to provide medical assistance regardless of ability to pay?? And what’s the problem of making payments as many people do? I’m going to contact the medical board regarding this, so let me get this straight, you either pay up front or you get sent home and die! I’ll be spreading this far and wide, just outrageous
