The Baytown location is always hands down the best! I’ve been 3 times with a sick 2 year old, each time my child was treated like a priority. They always make sure they put the most care into each patient. The front desk is always super helpful! This time around we had Grace helping us, we had a few bad encounters with the Crosby location. Super thankful for Dr Gill, Nurse Cindy, and miss Grace in the front!

I was seen very quickly. Nurses were very efficient. While waiting for X-rays results I was forgotten. Had to remind nurse I was still there. Thanks

Got injured at work, walked in to be seen. Jennifer was at the front desk and asked me what was wrong. I explained that I got injured at work. She wanted worker’s compensation info which I didn’t have. Keep in mind this just happened. She said she was going to need insurance information or was it going to be self pay. She was ride and inconsiderate. I told her I have insurance. Then she goes on about my insurance may not cover. I told her I need to be seen. And then says I’m not denying you to be seen. Urgent Care sent me here with a BP 223/120 and I’ve been sitting here for an hour! I even told the front desk that I felt like I was going to pass out and she said she would tell the nurse and never left her desk!

And 1 of the nurses came in my room and being rude with me and said if ur sick ur not supposed to be playing on ur phone and i was texting my husband to let him know what was going on bout me cause he was worried bout me that's messed up telling that and then the nurse came back and gave me a shot like she slammed it in my arm and it was bleeding for an whole week

I would go in neighbors when i am sick they don't check me out they just say ur ok u can go home with some medicine that i give the doctor's in Baytown Tx don't know anything cause they keep sending me home

I took my daughter to get tested for covid pay up front with my credit card. I asked the nurse if that was all I was going to pay, she replied yes. 3 months later and i keep receiving text message about my billing statement. I paid almost $600 to get the covid test, strep test, and the flu test done. I am wondering if this is a mistake from your billing office.

I had a curbside Covid test performed. Cash price-$175. My insurance was billed $1,263.64. When I called to address this, I was disconnected at every turn.

Worst experience there the receptionist there was the worst! Took in my niece because she fell and hit her head and was feeling dizzy wanting to throw up with chest pains. I had all her information for insurance and she didnt want to take it down until her parents arrived and gave verbal consent. I told her I had all the info on my phone and I could call them so they could give consent and she didnt want to she wanted the info physically and said she would wait until they arrived.
