Zero Stars!!!!. This facility is beyond horrible and very prejudice. We went to the facility for care and was refused service. The office manager was beyond horrible and made a comment "we are not a government agency" after we showed we had insurance. They refused to provide service and discharged me stating I did not have an emergency (based on discharge paperwork). I went in on 7/21/2021 for lower back pain on one side. Felt like a kidney infection. They did my blood pressure and temperature then put me in a room. Before anything was done nurse comes in with two shots. A steroid and pain shot. She said doctor ordered it. No test and doctor hasn't been in. Next tech came in and said he ordered a cat scan. Doctor still hasn't seen me. I was put back in room waiting for doctor. Nurse came in and said I was ready to go that doctor said it was probably a back strain. I was released.... read more

I will not return to this location. I took my 15 year old in because she has covid, and developed puss pockets in her throat. I wanted to make sure she didn’t have strep on top of Covid. They swabbed her for strep and the dr comes in and says it’s negative and this is a sign of Covid. He then looks straight at my 15 year old and says”are you vaccinated? She says no, he says that’s your problem.” To my kid, not to me. We left immediately. By the way I did get my vaccine and have Covid as well.

Let me start by saying the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and professional. Other than that the treatment I received last night was awful! I went in with shortness of breathe and pain in my upper left chest. I was greeted by a nurse who told me go home take an Advil it’s covid related. I knew this was covid related as I have just gone through it! I have just lost 2 friends in 3 days due to covid which would explain why I was nervous! I wanted to see a dr. Worst urgent care I’ve been to! My 1yr old needed to be seen and from the beginning the front desk women was extremely rude! She just left my ID and Military ID on the counter where everyone could see my information and not even bothered to tell me she was done with them. Was taken back to the room and they took so long. Finally after 3 hours the doctor walks in with no clue what to tell me about my daughter. He couldn’t even tell me how to diagnose what she had. Mind you my baby was screaming in pain and irritable. Please note l reviewed this facility below with no problems. Today was quite different. I arrived at about 10 per request of my PCP to have blood drawn and a CT scan as l have had severe abdominal pain while dealing with long haulers Covid for three months.
