Excellent!!!! I recently made an appointment online and then visited Neighbors Emergency Clinic in Kingwood. They were so courteous and professional. The team helped me and other customers expeditiously making each of our situations seem of the utmost importance. Absolutely great experience..

I had a test done Sunday morning after my ex tested positive for Covid-19. The staff in Kingwood was excellent. I think in order to make the process seamless and move quickly and efficiently, I dealt with a few representatives and the young man who ultimately took the swab was so kind, I mentioned to him my severe nasal allergies and he suggested I blow my nose then he did the swab. I did sneeze but it was not nearly as bad as a previous Covid test I had. Great group at Neighbors in Kingwood!

I have been here couple times as I have little toddlers. We visit this emergency center at least a few times in couple months.. Doctors r nice but at this point I think there staff is not kid friendly. I brought my kids back after a few days as the fever was at a constant. They kept repeating there was no need to come again. Don’t get me wrong the drs r nice but they are very moody not friendly and same of their stuff. Front desk filed my insurance incorrectly due to lack of knowledge. I paid nearly 1500$ out of pocket that STILL hasn’t been refunded months later. The dr gave me medicine unnecessary for the injury I came in for. My specialist I later saw was completely baffled why they gave me the medicine they did. Worst medical facility I’ve ever been to.

Watch out for insurance coverage for this facility. We have Aetna insurance and this emergency room has a contract with Aetna. BUT they are using out-of -network doctors which is very hard to control when you are already there with injured kid. Now we are on hook for $2,000 bill from the doctor which we are trying to figure out.

The lady at front was way rude and insensitive. Never go here. Go to patients urgent care. They actually care

If i could leave zero stars I would. They are rude. They placed my pregnant girlfriend in a gown, she's highly uncomfortable because it's freezing cold and didnt offer any blanket. Terrible everything never go here.
