I would like to give appreciation to Ms. Stephanie, Ms, Victoria, Ms.Tammy and Dr. Black , for making me feel comfortable and welcomed , and also doing everything possible to make sure that my emergency was taking care of 💕.

Was looking for an urgent care In Pasadena with a X-ray tech all day, and being turned away from other urgent cares. This facility took my son right away due to football injury. I highly recommend this facility. Amazing staff. 5 stars.

Everyone was great!!!!!! Took my concerns seriously. Completely satisfied!!!! Covid 19 test is not ideal but definitely needed.

I use to love this place. I would come here before I would go anywhere else. I don't know what has happened but the staff upfront is horrible. Very rude don't care about your needs. I had to wait for over an hour and I was very I'll. People where leaving and they where not calling anyone back. Very disappointed in this place. These young kids they have working very unprofessional and very very rude.

I took my son here to be seen as I was concerned with his symptoms worsening. Being a medical professional myself I left the facility very upset, and felt nothing was resolved. Registration was not pleasant, the nurse was very unprofessional and was lacking communication. I'm only awarding 1 star to the Rad tech as they were the only one who took initiative and seemed sympathetic to our needs at the time.
