We happened upon Neighbors heating cooling and plumbing company and gave them a call and they promptly checked out our plumbing problems, they provided a bid we felt was fair and scheduled a time to complete their work. They have prompt, great customer service, they were very courteous, very neat, and we would recommend them to anyone. We plan to have them back for other work/jobs.

The tech didn't provide a report, he only took temp readings in several places. I don't know what he did outside but he did make several trips back and forth to his vehicle

Took tech to come out twice to my home. Alliant Energy was called and not needed. All that had to be done was clearing snow off the roof and away from the vents which I suggested could be an issue. I was overcharged by $250.
