I still have a door you installed that is very difficult to open,it is poorly installed and requires adjustment
I think that the quality of work was very good, but there were lead paint chips left on site. I have tried to contact multiple people about it, and no one has come to help.
You didn't do any work at our home within the last year --- I don't know why I am getting this survey
If I have a friend who owns a house and the house needs exterior work, I would mention your company. Especially if I was wearing one of your tan Polo shirts with my last name on it.
They have satisfied a lot of customers. They did not do say with me. Lousy job and while they claim to have offered to correct - I have the emails to prove differently.
I would say they are ok
My sales person underbid what the repair cost would be so once they started with repairing the siding, it increased my cost over $1500.
They said they had someone on the side to check the work, but 99% of the time, he wasn't there. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say. He didn't know much about customer service. He was the supervisor.
I would recommend Nelson Exteriors
