I thought the staff was skillful, professional, and welcoming. I was annoyed when the stock guy told the sales lady that the spare key was 200 bucks plus ten dollars for something or other and she turned to me and said $ 310.00. Not 210, BUT THREE ten. I really didnt understand that upcharge at all. I was glad they took care of the free recall fix but I got an oil change and rear brakes while I was there. Not sure why they added the extra hundred on the spare key but I know women frequently get charged more at a mechanic sh... read more

Overall the Nelson Honda experience was decent. My salesman, Larry, addressed all my concerns. He really had the Ridgeline I purchases looking very sharp when I went to test drive it. I'd have no issue dealing with Nelson in the future.
