My car smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up. This is unacceptable. I was so upset when I picked it up I didn’t go back in and say anything. I rode all the way home with the windows down and it still smelled. Please, please, please don’t do this again

The oil change and tire rotation was superior. But the wash job that was included in the warranty package was lass than stellar ! I thought it was going to be a hand wash? Instead I thing it was only sprayed? I had to bring it home and rewash it again myself. Barry G. Martin
