I changed to Nelson Propane 4 months ago. I have run out of propane 2 times in a row not to mention one of the drivers drove the propane truck threw my yard and after calling and complaining no one has come out to look at my damages. Today I'm out of propane and called at 8 AM and a manager said he would send a truck right out. 4:21 PM still no one has shown up. I am a keep full customer and even have a satellite tank reader on my tank that send their office my tank %. I am disappointed in their customer service. I was in ... read more
They closed up shop 15 minutes early today after being told a lady and her dogs don’t have any electricity or way to heat her home. It would have taken no time to fill one more tank but no. I could understand in normal conditions but not today. You guys suck!
