Very professional and customer focused. Movers were prompt and on-site when they said would be. Confirmation on when delivery would take place could have been solidified and communicated sooner.
Everyone was great. We got all our stuff delivered on time and with no damage.

The driver and crew were great and put up with our amateurish packing. One of the crew spotted some stuff we missed packing on high shelves. The office staff answered our questions and we came in under weight!

Nelson Westerberg in Dallas did a fantastic job for us. Specifically Rex Blakely and Janet Mapes were outstanding. Both Rex and Janet consistently checked on the move process. Additionally the movers and packers for the crew in Dallas did a very good job. Even intricate glass Christmas Ornaments made it here broken. Our move was over 800 miles. Very good experience, coordinator was very knowledgeable and helpful, packaging crew was a little rushed by rainy conditions resulting in a few broken items. Driver was excellent. Unpacking crew was excellent. Poor guys had to offload items on uhaul and bring to house and then offload in the rain and then bring items up a steep driveway. There were a few items broken during the offload but everyone was very professional and helpful.
