There appear to... (Verified Renter) There appear to be several people living in apartments who are not fob-carrying residents. During our first few days here, we have encountered several people hanging out at the entrance and when someone with a fob enters, they just follow behind. Makes one wonder if the water problems may be associated with overuse? Is anyone aware of this phenomena? It's hard to recommend an apartment that charges residents for common area utilities but doesn't monitor who actually lives in the building.

Is overall a... (Verified Renter) Is overall a good place and is in a highly convenient location. The building is a bit older but that doesn't matter too much to me.
Water / plumbing... (Verified Renter) Water / plumbing issues are obvious throughout the common areas and hallways, tenants seem to be of lower quality, leaving trash out and piling trash in trash rooms as opposed to ensuring it is deposited appropriately, office personnel turnover takes some getting used to.
