First meeting Jack, he’s awesome & fun. Then we experienced the biofeedback machine and the salt room, coming back the next night for the float tanks….I’ve done float tanks (or sensory deprivation tanks) and this was the best. No lights showing under the doors or from the halls. Then we came back for the cryofreeze therapy! Since you get $20 off the first service, we put ours towards another visit. Btw: the article for Crazy Wisdom will come from the author, Marie Duquette, who tried this out with me.
We did the salt room therapy today. Dress for comfort and definitly hydrate before and after. They pump salt into the room at times it was hard to talk and u can taste salt. But afterwards I was super relaxed the rest of the day. Would reccomend.salt does get on ur clothes like a dusting
This was my first experience with floating & salt therapy. It was a wonderful experience! Clean office, friendly & helpful staff. I’d definitely go back.
The staff are friendly and everything was explained before the session began. The float room was very clean and comfortable. The tank was filtered while I prepped and wax earplugs are included to prevent swimmers ear. Once the session began, the light and sound controls could be easily reached inside the tank and a spray bottle was available to clear the salt from your eyes. Hot tea or bottled water are provided after your session. Overall, a great experience that I'll be revisiting soon.
I loved the experience! This was my first time floating, it is something I’ve wanted to try for a long time. Erin was very kind & knowledgeable. She showed us around the space and let us choose which room we were wanted to use based on the experience we were looking for. I floated in the pod and absolutely loved it. I floated with classmates before heading to school. What a great way to start the day! I will definitely be back.
