We purchased Neuromics FBS FBS002-HI Fetal Bovine Serum, USDA-Origin, Heat-Inactivated and their quality and price are very good. Customer service is reliable, and super.
TRPV1-mouse specific antibody works well for mouse tissues.

Product name: Agouti-Related Protein, Goat-(Cat#GT15023). It was used to stain mouse hypothalamus with dilution of 1:250. It showed strong positive signal for AgRP fibers from the Arcuate Nucleus (ARC) to the paraventricular nucleus (PVN). However, it did not show neuronal cell body staining in AgRP cells (using a tdTomato reporter mouse model).
We ordered the FluoMute, (rec'd 5/11/17). Sorry to say it was a waste of money and time. I love the company and all of the primaries we have ordered from them. Been ordering from Neuromics for 18 years. Customer service is fantastic. This product is not.
