I ordered a vial of pancreatic CAFs, the customer service was very good and they always answered our emails in a short period of time. I give 4 stars because I just think that the prices are high, but the overall experience is 5 stars :)
Always very quick to ship and reliably arrives on time. Customer service is quick to respond whenever we need a CoA or other help pertaining to materials we purchase.
We've purchased cells and media from Neuromics for our work. We had a couple of issues with shipping and packaging and it was handled directly by their customer service and support which was excellent. Their products are doing well for us so far.
The representative, Seth Shuster, was very kind and helpful at all moments. We were able to test a sample of the FBS at no cost nor commitment. The FBS ordered was of excellent quality
I use the Gravity flow Strep-Tactin Superflow high capacity column for protein purification. This product work very good. I can get high amount of protein at one time. Protein has good quality and also save time for me.
