The entire staff was extremely friendly and the facial lady (whos name I forgot) could not have done a better job and this was my first facial. My wife and I will be back and hoping to get facials for our friends and relatives for Christmas. What a fabulous experience. Very well run operation!

I love everyone there. From walking in the door to exiting. Erica was so helpful with my process. She was understanding and very kind, due to the fact I was unsure of what I wanted to do. Of coarse ,Dr. Kashouty is amazing! I didn't get his name but the young man at the front whom is there for check out is a valuable asset. He's sweet, kind and is a master on the computer. As I said, spectacular from beginning to end.

It was the most comprehensive facial I have ever had. Marina was awesome!
Absolutely amazing. Class act from start to finish, making appt, follow up, all staff, especially fond of Ashley (I hope I remembered her name correctly, first contact upon entering for appt) and Erica!!! Wow, I am 62 and have never had such a smooth process all the way thru at any spa, much less a medical upscale one such as this. I am looking forward to the different treatments.
This was my first time at Neurostrive, I absolutely loved it, I love my results! Monica and Erica were great!! This will for sure be my new place. Thank you guys! Will 100 percent recommend this place :)

Love this place!!! Soooo friendly. Clean. Zen and they make it cozy. Espresso. Champagne. Seltzer. Just amazing all around.
