My experience with Emily Cope has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. She initially told me she believed she could provide a letter for a housing accommodation for my school. After I explained my situation in detail, she said she would check and get back to me. When she called back, she abruptly stated that she could not provide the letter, refused to give any explanation over voicemail, and instructed me to call if I had further questions. I had been a loyal patient at this psychiatric office since 2017. For years, they were accommodating and reliable, especially with scheduling.
