My psychiatrist really listen to my needs and mentioned that she would reach out to my therapist in order to re-engage into treatment. She should me how much she cares about my overall mental well-being.

I had been seeing a psychiatrist at this place for years…when I had a suddenly lost my job.i was told without insurance I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to be seen…I reached out to them to see if there were any other opinions and was told I should seek help elsewhere…it’s disheartening to be looked over because of money….i really just needed some help i have an app on my phone that does more for my mental health than this establishment has…
Our family began working with Cianna Williams at New Horizons on 3/14/25. She was thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping us. On 4/2/25, the case was reassigned to Shannon Lebak, who said she had more experience with court-ordered and family therapy cases. Over a month later, on 5/6/25, Shannon met with my children for the first—and only—time, then informed me that therapy would not continue because the boys “felt like they didn’t need it.” There was no follow-up, no continued effort—just a quick dismiss... read more
