I needed a new psychiatrist and this was one that got me in so quick. Not only were they prompt in getting an intake appointment, but the psychiatrist they paired me with and I found an instant point of connection. He’s been nothing but validating and supportive. I’m excited so see my progrsss

I was really surprised by how poor their communication is, how inept their business and payments office proved to be, and how difficult it is to get accurate answers to common questions like "do you take this particular insurance?" Do not recommend. Find someone else.
I initially scheduled an appointment for August 19th. I was then called a few day later to reschedule, with no details given. I rescheduled for later in September. I then got a call a week later asking to reschedule again citing another appointment. Absolutely appalling from a mental health service to constantly reschedule a new client. This is the only mental health service that has ever contributed to worsening my mental health.
I had a virtual appointment last week which was my second appointment with your organization. I was very unhappy with that session. My appointment was at 2:00 pm. The therapist did not attend my session until 2:07. My appointment lasted approximately 4-5 minutes and it was over. It is my understanding that these appointments are for 30-50 minute sessions. Dr. Dulaney is wonderful and has helped me through some tough times with his knowledge and encouragement. He is also usually on time. Any time I’ve called the office with a question, whoever I’ve spoken to has been kind and professional.
