Steve the owner is great. He came within 24 hours to help with our field mouse issue. He setup traps everywhere for us. What makes Steve great is his personality, attitude and his work ethic. When he went to our attic he really took his time to put traps everywhere. I highly recommend him.

Hire Ecotect immediately... Call Steve because he offers the best service and his schedule books up quickly! He kindly responded to our panicked voice mail about potentially having termites in an all wood house and squeezed us into his schedule at the end of the day, being very communicative and respectful of our schedules despite having a full day himself. He took a look at the damage we had discovered (e.g. little piles of sawdust flaking off from the ceilings) and determined that we had an ant problem instead of a termite... read more

Steve is fantastic -- very helpful, responsive and flexible with scheduling. My home is an old stone farmhouse and the mice, box elder bugs and stink bugs were such a nuisance. So much better now that we started using Ecotect!

Steve was incredibly thoughtful and receptive about the tick problem we were having at our cabin in the woods in the Hudson Valley. He showed up early (!) and worked thoroughly and efficiently with a guarantee that we'd be tick-free until 2020. He used ingredients that were dog and human-safe (essentially a cocktail of homeopathic oils to kill and deter ticks). Awesome guys! I had a major bee and wasp problem I needed treated ASAP. I called around but found other companies wanted to charge me separately for wasps vs. carpenter bees and only guaranteed the treatment for 90 days. Not Ecotect! I worked with Steve. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Professional, thoughtful, on time and wonderful service. They will return if first treatment doesn't kill all your pests. Have used them for a couple of years now and I happen to have very high standards and little patience for bad service
