Answered The phone no waiting on hold. Was polite, used text messaging to get messages faster. The guy (Josh) who came to the house was a sweetheart, kind and took time to answer all my stupid questions. they were very good efficient and service us in a timely manner.And very professional, as well as the price was what we expected for the service, we were provided. Steve from Ecotect was fantastic! He performed my wood destroying insect inspection for the home I'm buying. He was very thorough, and went above and beyond and even let me know there was a raccoon living in the pool house! Would HIGHLY recommend Ecotect for any pest related issue!
