my partner is autistic and specifically requested me to be present for her consultation, including adding that she did NOT want to speak with the doctor alone (which is why i was there). she has a proxy and i am her stand in, which would’ve been noted had there been ANY conversation past barging into the room and immediately being combative. the nurse told her multiple times she would go to get me and did not, and was asked to come get me and did NOT. we are not sure if the doctor was having a bad day and simply projecting, ... read more

My dentist sent them an xray of my tooth. They ignored that xray and took a full surround xray of my mouth. I asked why they didn’t take an xray of that particular tooth. I was told that they only had xray machines that took full mouth xrays. How ridiculous is that? They charged $345 for the consultation at the Westford office. I’m not going to have my tooth pulled by them.

This Review is for Dr. Albert Kang. My 2-year-old son fell down and fractured his front teeth and we visited Swee on 4/12/21. Dr. Swee convinced me that Surgery with Sedation is the option to go and he referred us to New England Oral surgery associates at Westford. Dr. Swee and Dr.Kang from NE oral surgery convinced us that teeth need to be extracted ASAP. We were supposed to have surgery on 4/14/21 with New England oral surgery. Beware! Read Yelp reviews very very carefully before you go there. The result of our emergency visit was end of 20+ year relationship with our family dentist who send us there.

My 9yo son had a tooth extracted 2 years ago at another office and the whole experience was absolutely awful. It left both he and I with anxiety about ever having to go to the dentist again..but after a year of working with his regular dentist he began to trust again. Dr. Kang and Dr. Beanland were simply wonderful and provided excellent care for my 8 year old daughter!! Also, every single staff member who we came in contact with there was wonderful. Very clean too, I would highly recommend them!!!
