I just wanted to share what a compassionate & expertly skilled physician & human being Dr. Catherine Jacobs is & I want the world to know. I was petrified of a procedure I came in for today. Dr. Jacobs was abundantly compassionate & articulated in such a reassuring way as to each step of the procedure. I felt completely confident in her judgement, advice & skill of doing the procedure. Very professional interaction. The Dr had a wonderful manner concerned about me and explained everything precisely and clearly so I could understand. Only negative, it was necessary to provide a lot of information that was already in my record. If this office is part of Brigham Mass General why is it necessary to provide info you already have over be over. A great experience with the physician.
