I was originally scheduled for an MRI at DHMC. Out of the blue I got a call from the open MRI people to offer me this MRI versus the tunnel one. I am very claustrophobic and was having major in Zaidi until I knew this was an option I went with the MRI and the gentleman I met was very kind and considerate patient the building was very clean and professional. Courteous and friendly people to work with! I'd never had an MRI so was startled a bit at first bang but then knew what to expect. The person made me as comfortable as possible and I truly appreciate that kindness
The atmosphere felt more like entering a friend's home rather than a medical facility. Very comfortable, welcoming and friendly. Ben was top-notch. He took interest in understanding what issue I was having with my hip and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have an MRI
It was just an easy experience no stress
I felt so relaxed once to go to the front door when I saw that adorable dog Wayne! But seriously I was very relaxed and was treated very nicely. The man at the reception desk was very welcoming. Then I went with the technician and he made me so comfortable fluffing pillows music and talking to me after and before the scans I also loved the head phones. This was my first MRI. It was a very good experience and Ben was super. I felt very relaxed.
Everything was great right from talking to Kelly who took my call to Ben who did the procedure mri he explained the machine and made sure I was comfortable I would recommend it to anyone who is clostrerphobic Thankyou for your services
