I was originally scheduled for an MRI at DHMC. Out of the blue I got a call from the open MRI people to offer me this MRI versus the tunnel one. I am very claustrophobic and was having major in Zaidi until I knew this was an option I went with the MRI and the gentleman I met was very kind and considerate patient the building was very clean and professional. My mri exam was comfortable and much less restrictive compared to the closed mri exams that I have had in the past. The technician was very informative regarding the equipment itself, made it almost understandable and answered questions about the mri running continuously and even how much electricity it used monthly. A fun guy who loves his work
