I was originally scheduled for an MRI at DHMC. Out of the blue I got a call from the open MRI people to offer me this MRI versus the tunnel one. I am very claustrophobic and was having major in Zaidi until I knew this was an option I went with the MRI and the gentleman I met was very kind and considerate patient the building was very clean and professional. Tech was very helpful and informative. It did seem the equipment was maybe older, quite loud at times, even with headphones and music. Overall a decent experience

Very good experience. Talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. First time for an MRI.
Everything went smoothly from reception to conclusion.
I was treated very well and with understanding of my anxiety.
This is my 2nd MRI done with them. Both were good experiences. Good communication throughout the procedure, kept appt and throughout of exam on-time without delays, and the reading was back within 72 hours - good time for outpatient non-acute MRI reads. Would gladly use them again for my imaging needs and will likely do so in future.
Everything went well! I got there and didn’t have to wait long. They were running right on time. Very nice place. Made me feel comfortable because I was nervous. The person giving the MRI is also the same person that checks you in. He was so nice and friendly. Explained everything to me. The entire time I was there he made me feel relaxed and the open MRI was perfect for my claustrophobia. I never once felt contained. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
