My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rickert for years. Allison is my hygienist and she’s wonderful both personally and professionally. Dr. Rickert and her staff are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They make going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as possible. This office was very helpful and extremely understanding about my dental needs. The office staff took the time to go over insurances and how to file a claim. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for me.
They managed to squeeze me in, in my emergency. Allison (RDH) was quick and efficient, and Dr R was helpful in helping get things resolved
