Hello I am extremely upset and disappointed with how my surgery was handled First off it took approximately 6 months to get my insurance contacted by your receptionist. She claims they were unable to reach out to my medical insurance but when I had finally called and gotten the insurance is taken care of the health insurance representatives had explained nobody had reached out to them. Never seen such a unprofessional staff. Stood in waiting area for 35 minutes before anyone came to the window. My appointment was at 1:30 and at 2:30, I approached the window wondering what is going on. They told me maybe another 15 minutes. No one said sorry we are running late. Avoid this practice
RecommendedWe’ve been going to the practice for years. My son was treated for a broken jaw in the Hackensack office, I’ve had several problems taken care of too in Ridgefield. Now we’re getting wisdom teeth done at the North Bergen office!
