Wait for the bill from insurance and ONLY PAY WHAT THE INSURANCE SAID! New Smiles Dental is asking for upfront payment for an amount exceeding the allowed amount for the procedure. Once they receive the bill from the insurance they should refund the paid difference back to the customer. THEY NEVER DO!
