This is the third time we've hired New Town Painters to work on our home. The first two times were painting the interior, first the lower level, then the upper level of our 4000 square foot walkout rambler. Most recently, we brought them back to paint the acrylic stucco and steel doors encompassing the exterior of our home, and put a masonry wash on the exterior stone on the front facade and concrete steps. NTE provided the labor, materials and advice for the new exterior on our existing home. As a retired architect I knew how I wanted our home to look and provided a design concept to Frank. He reviewed the concept and offered some great advice on how to achieve the "look" I wanted and saving cost along the way. A Summer wind and hail storm blew a tree onto my roof and chimney. Newtown painters and exterior renovators were wonderful in dealing with the shingles, the chimney, the painting and and the rebuilding of a smashed corner. Frank helped greatly by dealing with the insurance and and doing quality work in all the areas needing to be fixed. Frank was proactive and professional; a pleasure to work with. It was a renovation with several different projects, all handled by one company. That was really nice.

My home was needing major repairs from hail damage. The stucco, roof, window wraps, gutters and painting needed to be done. Hiring New Town Exteriors, gave me peace of mind- Franks crew was professional, offering top notch workmanship and completed the work in a timely manner. It was a joy to see my home transformed and I still get comments from neighbors on how lovely my home looks. I will absolutely use New Town Exteriors for future projects

I was very pleased with every interaction with New Town. Frank was very easy to work with, a good communicator and came when he said he would. We had both windows and doors replaced as well as the entire exterior of the house painted. Andres and his crew did a wonderful job on the exterior. I have a lot of landscaping right up against the house and they were very careful to not smash any of the plantings. How lucky was I to discover Newtown Exteriors at a Home and Garden Show! Prior to stopping by the show, I had spent several hours interviewing 8 Twin Cities contractors for an exterior siding job on my 1941 home. (As a single woman homeowner, with a huge job, I wanted the right company!)
