"REVIEW OF DR ANDREW JACONO Closed Rhinoplasty Could not have had a more perfect nose!!! exactly what he said it would be hardly any swelling or bruising. The nicest, coolest Dr out there! I would recommend this Dr to anyone. My 15 year old daughter looks like a million dollars! His offices/surgery building in Great Neck is FIRST CLASS!

This summer I had a Rhinoplasty by Dr. Andrew Jacono, not only was the outcome exactly as discussed, but the experience has been awesome! As a medical student, from consulation, to the operating room, my experience has been nothing short of perfect! As a future doctor, I hope to be as professional and passionate as he is!
I had a Facelift, Necklift and Fractional CO2 LAser with Dr Jacono over the summer, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. The doctor and his staff were extremely welcoming, and they really held my hand throughout the process. I felt I was truly taken care of before, during and after my surgery. As for the results, it has been a good two months now and I look and feel at least 10 year younger! And the best thing is, there are no signs that i've had any surgery - I just look young!
I had a revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Jacono 5 months ago, and I cannot express how happy I am with the result of my surgery. My first surgery not only left my nose looking worse than it was before I chose to have rhinoplasty, but I also could no longer breathe from my nose as a result of the first surgery. Dr. Jacono is an amazingly gifted facial plastic surgeon. I wanted to turn back the clock a few years to see "the same eyes" I had before the upper lid started dropping onto my eyelashes and the lower lid started sagging to my cheek.
