Thanks for everything. the staff are all proffesional and takes great care of you. You have to admit yes,there's a wait time every hospital has a wait time i just don't understand people who rate 1 or 0 stars cause of there bad experience on wait time. If you rate the doctors and the staff of there proffesionalism and services it's 5 stars hands down.
In this office is great. The doctors are carry the receptionist are a very well trained and respectful they accommodate me in every way shape and form indera and kezia are extremely professional and courteous in every way shape and form.
Most of the negative reviews I am reading are from people who had a bad experience with wait times but nothing about actual treatment. Not only are the staff knowledgeable about what they do, but they are all some of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a medical facility. Sure, I have had a few bad waits for tests, but I was an idiot trying to shedule appointments at prime times. I have never had to wait for PT or Chiro for more than 15 minutes even in a packed house. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of physical therapy to go here. Everyone that works here are truly exceptional, and they go above and beyond to help you in your recovery. I've been going to this office for over a month now. They offer multiple services which is a great plus. Most of my visits are for physical therapy on the 2nd floor. The staff are very friendly and organized and they offer you coffee or tea while you wait. I've seen about 4 different therapists so far, one of which was a doctor of physical therapy.
