We live about 4 blocks from NYP but it took almost two hours for our delivery and said 45-50 mins initially, which is why we chose in first place.
I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and receive a meat ball sandwich. I didn't notice until after I arrive back to my desk at the office.
Was good but wrong order... both pizzas were not was i ordered
The food was late, cold and the pizza tasted like cardboard. I ordered my food before 10 and it was delivered after 11.
Wow! Was waiting for my pizza for 1.5 hours. (I ordered from 1 mile away btw). Called in and asked for napkins and plates to not forget. Came over with no napkins, no plates no utensils. Pizza is soggy and cold and soda is warm. Couldn’t have any worse experience.
Still like their food but service has slipped a bit
They delivered my order TWO hours after I ordered it. Half of the food was already poured out of the container into the paper packaging. Couldn't ear it even though I was starving. Ended up throwing everything out exceptnorr the flatbread
Terrible service, messed up a simple order. Asked and paid for a thin crust pizza, ended up getting a thick crust pizza. On duty manager later defends his mistake that he heard thick crust and not thin crust both when i placed the order and when I picked it up. Insists I made it all up and to make it worse, blatantly lies by saying he opened the pizza box when I picked it up to confirm this. Please don't order from here unless you want to feel cheated outright and given less than what you paid for. Pathetic
The order was 5-10 minutes late, not big deal. The drink was missing. The dessert was missing. So, all together NOT GOOD.
