Scam! Before going to this place (NY Spine Institute), I called to confirm this place took my insurance, and that they were in network. Well, even though they comfirmed that they did, this was not true. They lied saying that it was covered and that I received authorization for future procedures which they never did submitted. Which put me completely responsible for thousands of dollars just for office visits with no treatment for my back. Dr. Desai is new to the group and they could not have added anyone better to their team. He’s very personable and thorough in his explanations. Currently 4 weeks post op and I’m feeling better than ever. Thank you Dr. Desai and the whole team.

The best hospital and surgeons around. I'm young so I didn't want to do any kind of surgery on my spine but after seeing others my age in their office and seeing the results and how successful they were I changed my mind and decided to do it and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. If I need surgery again in the future I will come here to do it.

So clean and kind nurses and doctors take care of you from the moment you are there until you go home. They still check on u after your home. So careful how they treat you they were truly amazing and genuine my heart was filled with so much gratitude on the way they handled my need of care. It was like being a part of a loving family that went over and beyond I couldn't thank them enough the level of compassion was so Phenomenal
