The guys arrived at the appropriate time. Jumped in and started the job. Very courteous and pleasant gentlemen. Did a great job and cleaned up the mess afterwards. We also got them another on the same furnace an air conditioning unit. Our neighbors are having theirs installed tomorrow.

As always, prompt and excellent service. The technician, Mike Brown, was friendly and professional, and got my AC up and running in no time. As my unit is about at the end of its life, he also provided a reasonable quote for replacement, in which, when I’m ready, would be who’d I go with to do the job.

Newark-Heath Heating & Cooling wrote me a quote for a full new HVAC system. I questioned the high price and the rep pointed to things like inflation and the size of their company driving the cost up. I got quotes from a few other companies and Newark-Heath's quote was over 30% higher than all of them. When I pointed that out, they immediately agreed to drop the price, just like that. I would not trust a quote from Newark-Heath Heating & Cooling before getting multiple second opinions.
