It was a wonderful experience. Much better than when I was a child. Dentistry has come very far. Painless.
Brittany is the best. My teeth feel so clean. I feel like family when I’m there. We have been going for years . They always greet you with a smile. Dr Shah thank you for taking care of my family dental needs. Your the best. Caring and understanding. I dislike going to the dentist but you always make me feel comfortable being there. I would recommend your office to anyone .

Everything was fine. Everyone was polite and thoughtful.
Dr. Shah and his staff always take the best care of me, whether I am phaving a cleaning or dental work done. He and his staff are always checking to be certain I am both pleased and comfortable. I urge you to give the office a call and schedule an appointment!
Brittany and all the girls are wonderful and so nice I tell everyone to go here for their dental needs

I had an emergency that required an appointment for a crown issue. Staff communicated right away and scheduled the appt. service was great and resolved issue. The only thing that was weird was the “treatment plan” step and waiting for that. It wasn’t really a treatment plan - but a payment plan. On one hand I liked knowing up front what insurance paid and my obligation. It was odd doing that in the chair, numbed up. So it wasn’t really a treatment plan - I’d suggest not calling it that. And it delayed service.

Thank you for your kind words. In regards to our treatment planning, it is a process since we are in network with multiple insurance companies and it does take time. We pride ourselves by letting the patient know their estimated cost before treatment begins. We are certainly open to calling it something different, please share from a patient perspective a term that would better suit a patient when presenting it to them.
