No follow up , front desk receptionist are horrible , they don’t care about your concern and they treat you like piece of pit , which happened today . Not sure , how come they hire such people !
Never a follow up? Communication is horrible and they have no empathy for what’s going on. Seems like a money grab, you might as well pay more and go to a nicer clinic if you’re going to let these people gouge your wallet.
Staff at the concord location are extremely rude, disorganized and not compassionate at all. My wife and I have been attempting to conceive for about a year now and after all the disappointment, being treated like just another number is disgusting. This place is just about the $$$ and many times offering or suggesting paid services that are not required knowing full well that it’s just another way to collect from people who would do anything to conceive. Worst employees, their services is not good as what I expect specially the receptionist early morning. I felt bad on how they treated me as my 1st time there. Even doctor felt no concern about being my pregnancy take note she didn't congratulate me omg!

I was always skeptical of this reviews so I gave it the benefit of the doubt but now I totally agreed on the "money making clinic". I have been a patient of NLFC for almost 9 months, my Husband and I have spent over $25.000 dollars (not including OHIP charges) between IVF, thousands of tests and of course medications that you can buy only at the clinic because they won't give you a prescription for all the meds you need. I just wish members of this clinic get punished for all the cheating they are doing .BIG RIP OFF! If you are going for a funded IVF cycle they will make sure it is not successful so that you pay them !You guys are playing with people emotions big time. This clinic only knows how to put blame on you. Unfortunately they cannot find any solution to your problems. If you have money my sincere request to you all please spent it elsewhere than this place.
The personnel is rude. When I came to Mississauga location directed from Concord they even didn't know what kind of ultrasound to do. When they figure it out they told me full bladder. I had to wait long time. Very unorganized.
Worst clinic. They don't listen to our needs or requests. Just sucking money on every visit, some of them charging to OHIP. No concern of the results. Do not respond to some of the requests.
