I transferred to New Life from another fertility clinic (unknowingly I was already pregnant). Once we found out we were pregnant I called New Life right away as I’ve had previous pregnancy complications. I wasn’t able to see the doctor I was referred to AT ALL and was told there is a process in which they need to verify I’m pregnant even though my family doctor had already started the testing. If you have an appointment with someone, it means you have arranged to see them at a particular time. This is what I can understand by the term "Appointment". But here at Newlife fertility clinic, these people never see you on time. Booked appointment for 12:20 pm, still at 1:30 pm , waiting to be called to see the doctor. They are Always 40 mins to 1:20 hours late. How can they expect a pregnant lady of 9 months wait so long? Found the doctors to be very insensitive to the matter, plus would push for the expensive treatments without suggesting the cheaper methods first.
issue with staff regards to medical history of patients. Brampton branch.. i realize thru my process, I see different nurses for results and saw 1 other doctor (not my actual doc).. which is fine, but they keep givin me wrong advice, 3 times due to not knowing my medical history which should be on file for any staff nurse or doctor to see. The doctor's are great (Burlington and Mississauga) clinic but the other employees are compassionless, and out to get money. No one goes there for fun if we could all have babies naturally we wouldn't be there a little bit of compassion and understanding would have been nice.

Mississauga location. Doctors are good but nurses and receptionist can definitely do a lot better. The reception at the desk booked me for wrong ultra sound. Nurse has never answered my calls and they don't call back. Blood test resukt was due yesterday and still I have not hear anything. Very insensitive of the nurse to not provide the information in a timely manner.
