Company only flexible when to their advantage! Read fine print and purchase tickets only on day of the sail! Their rules supersede customer service. Their customer service staff are robots who only recite policy! Have used them for years and taken many guests in the course of that time. Never again!

On Tuesday August 20th we took the 2:30 tour. We went as a group 5. The sailing itself was good. But the crew was disengaged and inconvenienced to take us sailing. At one point one of the deck hands/tour guides disappeared below deck. The 2nd tour guide went to the captain and my wife over herd them ordering chipotle.
