Heather is the best hygienist I've had yet. Everyone at newton dental associates is so nice and welcoming. I always leave there very satisfied with my cleaning and the friendliness of everyone at the office.
Dentists and hygienists are very good. However, I had my THIRD difficult interaction with a front-line staff member. This receptionist was rude and condescending. Since this is at least the third time she has been brusque with me, I and my spouse will be leaving the practice. Your receptionist's poor customer service skills just cost your practice two patients.
Annette is terrific; give her a raise!
It is a pleasure to have appointments run on time and so well. Thanks!
Dr Berik did a great job filling my cavity. It was the least pain I have ever felt during a dental procedure.
