I had my 6 month cleaning this week with Heather. Heather was very gentle and did an excellent job. Everyone at Newton Dental Associates are very kind and professional from the front desk staff to Dr. Berik. I have lived in several states and I consider this the best dental practice I have ever been to.
Your staff is very professional and skilled. They listen attentively to my questions and answer kindly with expert knowledge. Many involved procedures can be overwhelming for patients and leave them with many questions about they need for the procedure and what exactly goes on during the procedure. Having recently had a root canal in your office it would have been helpful if weeks before the procedure your office would have provided a brief explanation of what was to occur as a handout.
