My root canal went very smooth and easy. The staff were all very professional and curtious. The front desk staff could use some improvement. They are not well informed on the billing process and I had to work out the insurance company claim myself to find they billed the wrong code in the pre-estimate and/or just didn't inform the insurance company that the filling was for after a root canal so it was denied and they were going to make me pay the entire amount, even though they should have recognized this was just a technica... read more
