Best practice in the area. Periodic cleaning with Heather and an implant check with Dr. Javer. As always Heather was very thorough. Dr.s Javer and Rellas are amazing and if you are considering an implant do it. They are the best. And, of course, Dr. Berik who got me on the right (and Heather for keeping me on it).
Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.Tia is the best hygienist in town. She answers questions, listens to your concerns, offers advice, and is incredibly gentle. Dr. Berik is great; very effervescent and efficient. I like that it doesn't smell like a dentist office in the waiting room; that smell heightens my dental anxiety. I still don't like going to the dentist, but I don't HATE it anymore since I've started coming here.
Semi-annual cleaning yesterday with Tia. She's personable, efficient and thorough. Remembers details about my situation, makes me feel comfortable, and does a very good job. Wasn't thrilled with the push to pay for an additional procedure. The "sell" was soft, but it's sort of a hallmark of the practice. There's always some additional procedure to be considered.
